Information we collect
When you contact us, book a call or use our audit pages: your name, email, phone number, business name, website and the details you share about your business. When we contact businesses that may benefit from our services: business contact details such as practice or company name, business phone and email, and a contact's name and role, taken from public sources such as company websites and Companies House. During calls: notes of the conversation and, where we tell you at the start, a recording. When you browse our website: device, browser, cookie and analytics data.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange and hold calls and send information you asked for. To contact businesses by phone or email about services relevant to them, which we do on the basis of our legitimate interests; we check business numbers against the Telephone Preference Service and Corporate Telephone Preference Service before calling. To review call quality and train our team. To measure and improve our website and advertising. To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your choice to stop contact
Tell us on a call or email accounts@convertt.co and we will stop contacting you straight away and add you to our do not contact list.
Text messages
Where you give us your number and agree to it, we may send booking confirmations, reminders and rescheduling information by text. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share, sell or provide your mobile number or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share it with
Trusted providers who help us run our business, including our CRM and phone provider (HighLevel), Google Workspace, Meta, Microsoft Clarity and our hosting providers. Some process data outside the UK, under UK approved safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purposes above: enquiries and prospect records up to 2 years after our last contact, client records 6 years after the work ends, call recordings 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing accounts@convertt.co. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
